Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing our digital products. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following refund policy, which is in compliance with the laws of England and Wales.
1. General Refund Terms
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a digital product within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, once you have accessed or downloaded the digital product, your right to a refund may be restricted as outlined below.

Digital Products Already Downloaded or Accessed: In accordance with the law, once you begin downloading or streaming the digital product (e.g., software, e-books, music, courses), your right to cancel and receive a refund is forfeited, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Not as Described Products: If the digital product is faulty, not as described, or does not function as expected, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact us at hello@roombyroomlibrary.com within 14 days from the date of purchase. In your request, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue or reason for the refund request
- Any relevant details about the product
If you have already accessed or downloaded the digital product, you will need to confirm that the product is faulty or does not meet the specifications outlined at the time of purchase.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Digital products that have been fully downloaded or accessed.
- Products that were customized or made-to-order (e.g., personalized digital items).
6. Consumer Rights
